As we enter a new decade for the ACDGC we look forward to hearing from you! To that end, we invite all of our 2019/2020 members to join us at the Annual Meeting, Saturday, January 11th at the WATER Center in Herman Hill Park!
Join us around noon for a fried chicken lunch. Then, about 1 pm, ACDGC President Nate Taylor will start the meeting and give a short review of 2019 accomplishments of the ACDGC, made possible through your support and participation. Treasurer Joe Belsan will provide a financial accounting report.
Following a question and answer session about 2019, votes will be tallied to determine if there is enough support to confirm the appointments of the following volunteers to serve on the ACDGC Board of Directors in 2020.

With a vote of confirmation, Marty will open the meeting up for a discussion of what you would like to see happen with the Air Capital Disc Golf Club in 2020!
Your input is important in determining what we do and how we do it. That is why we really hope you can take the time to make the meeting in person. We will also be gathering votes towards the ratification of the proposed amendments to the ACDGC By-Laws.
If, you are unable to attend we still want and need to hear from you. So, please keep an eye out for emails from the ACDGC that will provide a way for you to cast votes and make recommendations.
We hope to see or hear from you soon as we prepare to continue through 2020 to “Grow the Sport” in Wichita and surrounding communities.
