The first ACDGC Board meeting following our 2019 election will be Monday, February 11, 6:30 pm at Ducks Flying Discs, 816 W. 13th St. N in Wichita. Our new President, Nate Taylor will preside. Below you will find the finalized agenda for the meeting. Anyone is welcome to attend, all we ask is that the rules of order are respected and observed so we can conduct business in a timely and efficienct manner.
Some of the items on the agenda may be addressed and resolved during the meeting, others may be introduced, discussed and held for further consideration at a later meeting and, there may be some that are introduced and then tabled until the next scheduled meeting. Minutes from the meeting will be taken and once they are approved by the board they will be posted on this website.
