Call meeting to order: JERRY 6”15

Minutes from last meeting: August minutes approved Marty-motion Bill 2nd passed 5-0
Financial Report: Joe $4437 balance with approx $700 in outstanding checks from
Parks Report: Millbrook– has basket nickels 12 and 18 need rewelded, tee signs in progress, tee pads waiting on city to finish (tentatively October) possible bridge for hole 5. Oak Park– Championship #10 placement damaged, Park Villia basket sleeves #16 and #17 need fixed, Regular 17 sleeve needs removed and moved to add a #15 middle placement. Tee signs in progress. Cessna– Signs in progress, regular course tee pads should be in this fall. #17 and #18 sleeves need repaired. May put baskets in championship layout over winter. Clapp-no updates. Herman-trimming needs done for RoundUp. Derby- proposal to Parks Dept. for new baskets so it can be discussed for 2019 budget. Proposal to Parks dept. for other upgrades in the works.
Events Report: Monday League (Derby) good attendance, 15-25 Tuesday night league (Herman)-attendance down 8-15 per night, Thursday night League-{Oak Park} 15-25 per night
Keeper = positive comments on Cessna layout and Clapp layout. Tournament went well
Communications Report: Jerry handed out rough draft of answers to questions brought up at last board meeting, final report will be published to social media in the next few weeks.
Old Business:
1. Membership Drive/bag tags Marty has flyer ready to be published to facebook. At Herman on Oct. 14th. One round 2:00 pm short tee pads. 2019 Bag tags will be ready to hand out. Sponsors for tags have been acquired.
2. Round Up Jeff will be Tournament Director, Chris Smith will do online registration, payout. Dynamic Discs will be major sponsor. 90 player limit. Starting time Nov. 3, 9AM
New Business
1. Weekly league play – Derby will continue paying out vouchers for ams. Wed. Morning, Tuesday-Herman, Thursday-Oak will pay out cash to all divisions for the next several weeks on a trial basis
2. Club Revenue streams- tables until next meeting

Air Capital Course Improvement Needs
Millbrook= have 2 nickels that need to be welded back on= check with Bill Paulsen if you can help. – May need a bridge on Hole #5- looking for solutions.
Oak-Looking into possible additional practice basket, several basket sleeves need repaired or moved, check with Jerry if you can help
Herman- tree trimming for RoundUp, check with Jerry or Scott Parker if you can help
Cessna- Tee signs are in progress, may need help with instillation when ready
