2. A record of the IP address associated with your vote is collected If anyone returns to this page using the same IP ADDRESS they will NOT be able to vote again. If there is more than one voting member in your household it is recommended that each person use a mobile phone connected to the internet via the phone provider rather than a wireless network in your home.
