Course Improvements-Additions

Tuesday night, January 31, the Air Capital Disc Golf Club board met to discuss our 2017 operational goals.
We have a lot of exciting things planned to increase the quality of disc golf in the Wichita area, but to achieve all of them we’ll need your help! Here’s our short term goals for 2017:

• Install 18 hole course at Cessna Park west (the west section of an east side Wichita park)
• Install 18 hole course at  Millbrook West Park
• Install tee signs at Oak Park DGC
• Install alternate tee pads at Stone Creek DGP
• Install yellow tees at Cowskin Disc Golf Course in Colwich
• Replace baskets at Colwich and Derby courses

In order to make these plans a reality, we’ll need some help. Here’s how you can do that.
Sponsor/Donate: Below you’ll find a hole sponsorship form and a link to our dropbox pdf file. Or, you can email Ben at for the pdf.
Do you know any local businesses that might be interested in sponsoring a hole? Do you have a group of buddies that you play with that want to chip in on one? If you’re not interested in sponsoring a hole but would still like to donate (any amount you like) you can do that too, use the PayPal Donate Button  on this or the home page.
Course prep and install: We have plenty of trimming and other tasks to do before we can install the new courses, if you’re interested in helping please contact Jehramy Heckman or Bill Paulson. We’ll also have scheduled work days and installation days in the very near future so keep an eye here and in your email.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask any of the other board members, we sincerely appreciate your help and look forward to making 2017 one of the most productive years ever for Wichita disc golf.
